EXCHANGE POLICY:
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction, and while we do not offer returns, we do provide an exchange option. We offer more than just size exchanges, you can also exchange your purchase for any other product from our website, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric experience.
If you wish to exchange a product, please note the following terms:
Please Note - Any claims for exchange / returns other than size issues need to have an unboxing video recorded to follow a smooth procedure.
Time Frame - To be eligible for an exchange, please return the unused, unwashed product with tags intact within 7 days of its delivery.
Under what conditions can I return/replace my products?
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product or packaging
- Incomplete order – missing products
Under what conditions will the return/replacement request will not be accepted?
- Opened/ used/ altered products.
- Original packaging (tags, labels, etc.) missing.
- The return/ replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The damaged/ missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.

Return/Refund/Cancellation
We do not offer refund for returned items. Instead, we provide store credits for the returned products, which you can use for future purchases. These store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
