At Baby Amour, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we are happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Process
* To initiate an exchange, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 97119 67857.
* We will share the return address and further instructions.
* The product must be shipped back to our return address by the customer. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
* Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process your exchange.
* We will cover the shipping cost for delivering the exchanged product to you.
Replacement for Incorrect, Damaged or Missing Items
We will arrange a replacement if you receive:
* An incorrect product
* A damaged or tampered product/package
* An incomplete order (missing item)
Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery and share a complete unboxing video for verification.
Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange or replacement:
* The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
* All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
* The exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Requests That Cannot Be Accepted
Exchange or replacement requests will not be accepted if:
* The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
* Original tags, labels, or packaging are missing.
* The exchange request is raised after 7 days of delivery.
* Claims for incorrect, damaged, or missing items are reported after 48 hours of delivery.
* An unboxing video is not provided for claims related to incorrect, damaged, or missing items.
Refunds & Store Credit
We do not offer refunds for returned products.
Where applicable, eligible returns may be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
